Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County is pleased to announce the promotion of Rhonda Eicher to the position of Middlebury Area Director. Rhonda has been a dedicated member of the organization for the past 10 years, showcasing exemplary leadership skills and a deep commitment to the community.
Since joining Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County on September 23rd, 2014, Rhonda has held various roles within the organization, with her most recent position being Program Manager for the past five years. Her experience and passion for building connections with members and staff make her an ideal fit for the role of Area Director, where she aims to further strengthen the relationship between the Boys & Girls Clubs and the local community.
Residing in Sturgis, MI, with her partner Jeff of seven years, Rhonda is a proud pet parent to a golden retriever named Lizzo, a cat named Ludacris, and a mini lop bunny named Post Malone. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and indulging in her love for food critique alongside Jeff.
