Carson Simmons - Middlebury Club
One of the benefits of the Boys & Girls Club is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with both team members and club members. One team member who was a great support for me was Brittny Bayless. When I started, Brittny was the learning center director and later became the program manager. She was the first team member at the Club that I ever really got to know. She was also the one that introduced me to the many wonderful and fun opportunities and programs at the Boys & Girls Club.
